Garrett Paolella is an experienced financial services executive with an established track record of launching and managing asset management companies. He is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of NEOS Investments. Throughout his career Garrett has created and launched numerous ETFs that have amassed great success. Garrett has held C-level roles at Harvest Volatility Management, Horizons ETFs Management, and Recon Capital – a firm which he started and later sold to Mirae Asset Global Investments. Prior to those roles, Garrett was an Executive Director at MKM Partners, a Research, Sales and Trading Firm based in Stamford, CT. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from the Gabelli School of Business at Roger Williams University. Garrett serves as Chairman of the Center for Advanced Financial Education (CAFÉ) Advisory Board at the Mario J. Gabelli School of Business at Roger Williams University.

Bob joined Crossmark in May 2021 as Chief Investment Officer (CIO), bringing over 40 years of industry experience to guide the investment process and serve as portfolio manager for multiple Crossmark large-cap strategies. He also utilizes his investment expertise to provide weekly and quarterly investment commentaries, as well as annual market predictions. Bob is a regular guest and contribute to multiple media outlets such as CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Moneywise, and Fox Business News. Prior to arriving at Crossmark, he held roles of Senior Portfolio Manager and Chief Equity Strategist at Nuveen and Blackrock, President and Chief Investment Officer at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, and Chief Investment Officer at Oppenheimer Funds, Inc.
Bob graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Account and a B.A. in Economics. He later went on to earn an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation, as well as the FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Bob dedicates his time as choir director at his local church and also serves on a number of boards including the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, Word of Life Fellowship, New Canaan Society, Kingdom Advisors, National Christian Foundation, Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, The Lausanne Movement, Movement.org, Cairn University, Christianity Today, and the Princeton Healthcare System.
Bob and his wife Leslie currently reside in Princeton, New Jersey and have three children.

Aaron Gilman serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Independent Financial Partners and President of IFP Asset Management. He is responsible for conducting analytical research and due diligence for all investment types, portfolio analysis and construction, portfolio management, and directing all activities in IFP’s Asset Management Group. Aaron also serves as head of the IFP Investment Advisory Committee. Separate from IFP, Aaron is also a partner at MarketPsych Insights, a company dedicated to providing a suite of client profiling tools for the modern financial professional.
Prior to joining IFP, Aaron was a financial professional for high net worth individuals at Koss Olinger Financial Group in Gainesville, Florida.
He graduated with a BSBA in Finance & Real Estate from University of Florida.
