More than $75 billion has been invested in Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs) since the government program was created under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. On this webinar, Origin Investments Co-CEO David Scherer will discuss the QOZ program’s background and detail the significant tax advantages provided to those who invest in a QOZ using capital gains, such as tax deferral, reduction and elimination.
