He oversees Transamerica’s mutual fund sub-adviser selection process and product management. Tom has more than 30 years of investment management experience and has managed large mutual fund portfolios and separate accounts. Tom holds a B.A. in political science from Tulane and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
