Mr. Seeley spent over 16 years building AMG Funds with his last four years as Head of US Distribution and Executive Committee member, where he developed customized distribution and service strategies for more than 20 affiliates of the company.He then served as Head of Distribution & Sales at BP Capital Fund Advisors and as Head of Distribution and Sales at Resource Securities (Ciii Capital Partners).

Mr. Kelley served as Vice President, Corporate Strategy at Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. Prior to AMG, Mr. Kelley was an Executive Director and Senior Equity Research Analyst covering financials at Morgan Stanley from 2009 to 2014. Previously, he was an Associate Equity Research Analyst covering brokers and asset managers at Citigroup from 2007 to 2008. Mr. Kelley received an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2006 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond in 2001.

Mr. Langsner served as Vice President, Portfolio Manager for MFS Investment Management from September 1999 through July 2006, where he covered the media, industrial, networking & telecommunications equipment, software, and healthcare industries. Prior to MFS, Mr. Langsner was a Financial Analyst at NCR Corporation and at Work/Family Directions, Inc. Mr. Langsner received an MBA with highest honors from the University of Chicago in 1999 and a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Miami University (Ohio) in 1992.
